Curling

It's a precision team sport practiced in an ice rink . Two teams of four players compete against each other by sliding granite stones of 20 kg each on an ice corridor about 45.5 meters long and 4.75 meters wide.

The other team members ( sweepers ) provided with brushes go along with each stone acting on the ice surface to slide it or change its direction, but never touching the stone. After making all the throws , points are awarded based on the proximity of these stones to the labeled target in the center down the hall.

Due to this rule , a team always has to reach the "end" of the rink . If no stones reach  the target is considered a tie . A normal game is played from 8-10 throws which are called sleeves . At the end of the game, wins the highest scoring team and in the event of a tie , it is decided in an extra sleeve. It is mandatory that the team that wins a sleeve begins the following one.
